IT Ticket
The Help Desk portal will allow you to create tickets for Toast, Synergy, local. favorites, modifiers, etc. It also has a knowledge base with training documents that you can review.
Local Favorite Request
Create a ticket to request a new item or change to an existing item for your local favorite menu.
Note: These requests will be reviewed and approve by your RFC. The process can take up to 15 business days.
Modifier Request
Create a ticket to request a modifier or change to an existing modifier.
